DESCRIPTION: Invert design approach was adopted. The site is flat with no terrain or slope, we design a central pool as focal point overseeing by all the major spaces. Articulated with suspended roof to make the facade looks dynamic. A rooftop garden was introduced to capture the scenic view of the Putrajaya and the lake at the back of the neighbourhood.
